I met the CEO Reg, at AWS re:Invent about 4 years ago. He stood out as one of the most experienced and advanced Solutions Architects at the event. Overall great guy who listens well with a calm temperament. USBS is a good example of how a leader can influence company culture and values. I Highly recommend this company.

We're a Microsoft shop so naturally we wanted to migrate some of our apps to Azure. At first, I was lost in the Cloud lingo and just really lacked an understanding of what "Cloud" really was. We're mostly developers in the company, so it was refreshing to work with Cloud competent engineers who know it well enough to explain it.

Fast-paced environments like ours simply have no time for olden day types of administration and monitoring. USBS came in with expert infrastructure as code using Chef, CloudFormation and Jenkins. I kid you not, we're happier at work because of USBS, they keep working on the Cloud stuff while we work on the business, wouldn't have it any other way.
